what is included?
Exterior protection spray/inspection
We focus on exterior treatments/inspections first because that’s where pests start. By stopping them outside, we both reduce the need for chemicals inside your home and maximize your convenience. Interior treatments are always available if an issue comes up.
1 free re-service between quarterly visits
If covered pests return between your scheduled service visits, Pest Quest Solutions will return at no additional charge to address the issue. Our goal is long-term prevention, not quick fixes. As long as you are enrolled in an active service plan and the issue involves a covered pest, we’ll re-treat the problem area promptly to ensure your home stays protected.
annual interior inspection
This service will include the inspection of all equipment placed down at the beginning of the year during the initial installation. This equipment will be refilled and/or replaced to ensure your home remains pest-free.
This service will also include an inspection of the home itself to ensure no pests have found their way in!

initial installation of equipment
This installation includes discreet rodent bait stations in high risk areas, covert glue board placement to monitor mouse/insect activity and plugging of common gaps mice use to travel throughout the home.

Ants (excluding carpenter ants), spiders, stink bugs, boxelder bugs, ladybugs, crickets, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, pill bugs, silverfish, oriental cockroaches ("water bugs"), American cockroaches, springtails.
mice
Mouse problems rarely start as emergencies. Most infestations begin quietly, with activity going unnoticed until damage or contamination is already present. A prevention-based service plan allows us to monitor for early signs, maintain protective treatments, and address issues before they become costly or disruptive.

Service plans are annual agreements that include scheduled quarterly visits. Plans are billed monthly for convenience. Early cancellation prior to the end of the annual term may result in a cancellation fee depending on contractual obligation. *Exclusions for these services apply, please contact us for more information.
